Five things that matter more than the marketing. Use them to judge any vest — ours included.

Capacity for your longest run
3–5L covers most half marathons, marathons and day hikes. Go bigger only if races require mandatory kit.

Bladder or soft flasks
A bladder holds more water for long, remote routes; soft flasks are easier to refill at aid stations. A vest that takes both gives you options.

Fit and bounce
Adjust the straps with the pockets loaded. A good vest feels like a shirt, not a backpack.

Front access
You should reach your phone, gels and water without stopping. Check the phone pocket against your phone with its case.

Before you buy
Does it come with a water bladder?
No. The rear sleeve fits a hydration bladder up to 2L, but the bladder is not included. Front and rear pockets also take soft flasks.
What size should I get?
There is one adjustable size for men and women. Elasticated side straps and chest straps let you tighten it for a stable, bounce-free fit.
Will my phone fit?
The front pocket fits phones up to 6.7″. If you use a bulky case, check the size first.
How much can I carry?
5L across 8 pockets — enough for water, gels, keys, your phone and a light layer.
